Loyalty Program Terms

This set of operational guidelines for the brand customer reward initiative officially takes effect starting December 16, 2025. The long-term customer reward initiative launched by BRUNT Workwear is designed to offer regular shoppers exclusive practical perks, brand free gear, and member-only shopping advantages throughout their daily purchasing journey. All behavioral rules, service standards, membership terms, rights restrictions, and responsibility arrangements related to joining and using the customer reward system are fully covered within these unified standardized clauses. Once users complete account registration, activate member identity, start accumulating reward points, or redeem any member exclusive benefits in the system, it will be automatically regarded that the user has fully read, clearly understood, and unconditionally accepted all the binding content of the loyalty program rules, while also agreeing to abide by all the basic website usage regulations and daily user data protection management policies established by BRUNT Workwear. All participants are strongly advised to carefully go through every detailed rule item to fully understand their corresponding member rights and behavioral obligations before officially activating their membership.

Only natural persons who hold formal legal resident status within all regions of the United States and have reached the local legal adult age standard may apply to join the brand loyalty reward system. In addition, every applicant must successfully complete real-name account registration and own a valid normal shopping account officially certified by the BRUNT Workwear platform. In any areas where local administrative laws, industry regulatory policies, or regional management regulations explicitly prohibit the operation of commercial member reward activities, all membership application qualifications and subsequent reward enjoying rights will be automatically invalidated. Users who intend to become program members only need to complete the official account registration process on the brand’s shopping platform and voluntarily recognize all the loyalty program management rules listed in this document. The platform strictly enforces a one-person-one-account management mechanism, and the same individual is not allowed to register multiple duplicate member accounts to collect points, gather benefits, or maliciously occupy reward resources. The brand operations team retains full independent assessment authority and may reasonably reject the membership application requests of any user who has abnormal operation records, poor credit history, or incomplete identity information without providing additional explanation.

After successfully activating member status, all formal participants can continuously accumulate exclusive reward points through two core methods: completing formal qualified commodity consumption orders on the official brand shopping channel and actively participating in various official member interaction tasks regularly launched by the brand. The specific point conversion standard corresponding to actual spending and the detailed task list for daily interactive point-earning activities will be uniformly displayed on the fixed member activity page of the platform. The brand may adjust the point calculation ratio and task reward intensity according to actual operational needs during different seasons. All valid consumption statistical benchmarks only calculate the actual payment amount for qualified physical workwear products. Any additional taxes, logistics shipping fees, platform exclusive discount deduction amounts, after-sales full order return amounts, and independent gift card recharge payments will not be included in the point accumulation scope. The brand team has the final independent judgment to screen effective qualified orders and may adjust the identification standards for point-earning orders according to business development needs. From time to time, the brand will launch limited-time point multiplier events, new member exclusive point bonuses, holiday extra point plans, and other promotional activities. All temporary extra point-earning channels will follow the independent supplementary activity rules announced on site. All reward points accumulated by members in the system do not have any real cash monetary value, cannot be independently transferred, gifted, sold, or exchanged between different user accounts, and belong exclusively to the usable welfare privileges of the bound account. They cannot be converted into cash balance or platform credit in any form.

All valid reward points stored in the personal member background can be exchanged by users for multiple types of practical benefits offered by the brand, including shopping exclusive discount coupons, limited customized peripheral gear, member priority service qualifications, and other exclusive useful rewards. The entire point redemption process is completed independently by users in the personal member center or official order checkout page. The platform will clearly display all redemption access paths, minimum point redemption thresholds, and limits on the number of redemptions per transaction. All loyalty program exclusive benefits can only be used and activated together with valid formal shopping orders and cannot be used alone in a separate manner. All types of physical gifts and electronic discount coupons provided in the reward catalog are subject to real-time inventory levels and activity periods. The brand may adjust, replace with newly upgraded reward items, or directly discontinue certain unpopular benefit projects at any time based on inventory changes and user preference feedback, without prior notice to individual members. All redeemed member rewards still do not support cash refund, cash exchange, or secondary transfer to others after successful activation.

The platform enforces a clear point validity period management system for all member reward data. If a member’s account does not generate any effective active operation within twelve consecutive full months, all unused accumulated reward points in the background will automatically expire and be cleared by the system. The effective active behaviors that can reset the point validity period include completing real product purchases that generate new points, participating in official interactive tasks that award bonus points, and other daily normal member activities that meet platform standards. The brand will always display the latest point validity period calculation rules and account activity determination criteria in a prominent location of the member interface for all users to check at any time.

BRUNT Workwear reserves complete operational management rights over the entire customer loyalty reward system. The brand may adjust activity rules, suspend certain member welfare functions, temporarily close point accumulation channels, or completely shut down the entire loyalty program at any time based on brand development planning, platform system maintenance, market environment changes, or other objective factors. Even if such policy adjustments affect the normal use of points already accumulated by members or the subsequent redemption of reserved rewards, the brand will not bear any economic compensation liability. When major rule adjustments or program function changes are involved, the operations team will issue official reminder notices through platform direct messages and unified public page announcements to ensure that members can fully understand the relevant changes in a timely manner. Once the entire loyalty program is officially discontinued, all unused remaining reward points in all member accounts will be uniformly cleared and invalidated according to the system’s standard rules.
